As gluten free eaters, I think we can all agree that leftovers are not something we want to toss out. You know, because specialty gluten free ingredients can be expensive! Well, and because we have a NO WASTE CHALLENGE coming in October! More on that below.
But the real point of this meal plan is not only to become more resourceful, but also a challenge to think outside the box. Utilize more of those herbs, vegetables, and pantry staples that you usually toss out or never think to use. Plus, it’s BUDGET FRIENDLY!
