We Love Leftovers

Need ideas on what to do with gluten-free leftovers? My dear friends, you have come to the right place!

As gluten-free eaters, I think we can all agree that leftovers are not something we want to toss out. You know, because specialty gluten-free ingredients can be expensive! Well, and because we have a NO WASTE CHALLENGE coming in October!

But the real point of this meal plan is not only to become more resourceful, but also a challenge to think outside the box. Utilize more of those herbs, vegetables, and pantry staples that you usually toss out or never think to use. Plus, with grocery prices with way they are, it’s always smart to be budget-friendly!

    Leftovers are my middle name! The food waste situation in America is absolutely horrendous, not to mention on a global scale. One of the best ways to combat this issue is utilizing leftovers more! These recipes look stellar and show that you don’t have to eat leftovers in a bland and boring way!
