Not only am I passionate about creating delicious recipes with real food, but I also received my Bachelor’s degree in Science Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin, am a certified nutrition specialist through AASDN, work under a Sports Dietician Nutritionist, and am qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Through my work, I love helping others feel their best by optimizing the food they consume.
