Sometimes all you need is a good 30 minutes. Thirty minutes to step away from the stress of life (calls, school, kids, work, errands, etc.) and get into the zone. Knock out a few reps and sweat and be on your merry way. Am I right?
Okay, don’t pee on this workout, but feel free to sweat on it!

oh awesome! I need to save this for my next round!!
Love the idea of “30 min Thursday” posts! There’s always an alliteration to fill up a weekday 😉
Thanks for the motivation + reminder to start strength training again! I’ve been slacking…clearly you have not! ha.
Happy (now) Friday!
get on it little lady! happy friday.
<3
All you need is a 30 minute power nap, which is what I did yesterday! Woot Woot!
Happy Friday love!
xoxo <3
i wish i could nap. You must teach me your tricks!
I love it! Am copying it down and taking it to the gym with me tomorrow. Need to do little stick drawings with some so I know what tehy actually are….
stick figures are the best, next time I’ll inlcude them for you! <3
You are right! I had a looooong day today, and was *this close* to just going home and laying down, but instead I went out for a 3 mile run just to unwind. I was so happy I did once I got out there- instant stress reducer!
I love workouts like this–quick and to the point. So good when you’re short on time but you know you just need to sweat. I’ll have to try it out soon!
yes, a good sweat and a lot of heart pumpin! sometimes these are harder than longer runs, haha well close!
Another awesome workout!! 😀 Thank you for sharing pretty lady!
my turn to leave you sore. hehe.
As I get ready for my LAST WORKOUT at my wonderful Brazilian gym, I’m staring down an uncertain future of gymming. I think you’re about to be my favourite person in the world until I have a new membership somewhere. And maybe even after that. Still Team Cotter, all the way. 😀
oh yes, i got you covered Steph! Forget brazil, go Kiwi!
<3
that quote just totally made my week!! haha i think I might get some weird looks if I start peeing on things though…;)
i think I would get kicked out of most places. haha. But you gotta love that quote. Maybe it will be a “bre” quote someday.
OMG I so needed that chuckle from the dog quote. Seriously – too freaking funny. Needs to be my new mantra 😉
my mantra too. Lets repeat each morning. LOL!
Hahahahaha! That made my day! 😀
Definitely will bookmark this workout!
good. PRetty clever too, right?
Yep. That looks like a challenging yet fun way to spend 30 minutes. 🙂
yes m’am! You know how TIME is PRECIOUS! More bang for you buck, right Tina?
yay, my workouts rarely go over 25-30 minutes and I incorporate a lot of those same moves! Looks like a good one, I might have to mix up my monotonous routine to give this a try.
well if you do, let me know how it goes. I love these kind of workouts too!
think i’m hitting up the pool for 30min today 🙂 and then a 30min walk home… ending with a steep hill. fun!
that reminds me, i need to get back in the pool. Oh sheesh. Run up that steep hill home!
ha. that’s funny. my legs are still recovering from the weekend!
what was this weekend? I need to catch up on you!
YEs! I love dips! Fun speedy workout 🙂
Dips are my favorite too! my itty bitty triceps don’t but they need to toughen up!
<3
Yikes 5x for 100 reps of each? INTENSE!! Love it!
yes m’am! so that 550 reps all together. Even better! right?
😉
WOAH Linds you are so hardcore and amazing!! 20 Stability Ball pikes?! I find 8 a real struggle haha! I think 100 of them would kill me off! 😛 LOVE the idea of a short intense 30 minutes though! I will be trying this for sure! Although maybe with just 8 pikes 😉
you should do this! i did a trail run (30 minutes) in the morning, then this in the afternoon. You’d love it!
love this! and this is so true…..you feel better!
yes, just a little sweat goes a long way. Right?!
🙂
I think I’m going to try this tomorrow! Can’t wait to rock it 🙂
let me know if you do Trish! I’d love your input.
I always love your workouts! I will be trying this!
<3
I was hoping you’d try it. Youre my little guinea pig.
I’m totally stealing this for my bootcamp class on Saturday!! Thanks!
oh do it! i used it for my bootcamp but spiced it up a bit with more hill sprints, etc. BURNED!
This is awesome! I may use this when I am in wine country, to get a quickie workout in!
ok, so if i can’t go to wine country, will you bring some wine country back and make a pit stop in austin? Best of both worlds there!
Holy cow that is an intense workout!!!
I love how dogs handle stress. I totally need to adapt that way of thinking 🙂
i know, if only we could be as chill as our dogs. ha, I wish.
readyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. break! 🙂
BREAK! haha, love it. Let me know if you do it Karyn!
lol that picture is great!
some times quick, short workouts are great!
exactly! short and to the point, right?!
This is a great workout for the obvious reason that it is brutal (in a good way) but also because it’s quick! I am finally learning you don’t need to do an hour + of physically intense work to stay healthy and fit
Those short intense workouts really make a difference and can sometimes make you more tired than a longer run, ya know? A good mix of both is what I like.
🙂
