Well, we are almond to March! WHOA! How did that happen? February is always a blink. I feel like I just posted the Healthy Swaps Meal Plan Challenge and now it’s on to another meal plan!

Puns aside, creating a freezer friendly meal plan can be a lifesaver. Think of it as ULTRA MEAL PREP! Or rather, longer lasting meal prep. Right?
This gluten free meal plan is made of up of all my favorite healthy meals which can easily be prepped then stored in the freezer. All they need is a quick reheat, thawing, or bake before serving.

- Parsley/basil/cilantro/fresh sage
- Broccoli and/or broccolini
- Red Thai Peppers and/or jalapeños
- Cauliflower or cauliflower rice already prepared
- Onion/shallot/garlic bulbs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Carrot, Celery
- Canned Tomatoes (for chili)
- Lemon and Limes
- Pumpkin Seeds/walnuts/almonds/cashews
- Green Olives
- Leafy Greens and micro greens or sprouts
- Red pepper flakes
- Ginger root or ground ginger
- Arrowroot, potato starch, and/or tapioca flour

- Sesame seed and Sesame oil
- Spices/dried herbs
