It’s October… how did that happen? Either way, I’m excited! A new month brings new FLAVORS! And Fall flavors in particular. In fact, my twitter and pinterest is blowing up with ALL THINGS PUMPKIN. It’s not your average pumpkin recipe. Nope. It’s way better, there might be some white chocolate and cookie dough texture involved.

Actually, I should add that these are pumpkin “pumped” cookie bites since they have a little extra protein too. So yes, you can have holiday treats that are actually somewhat healthy. I don’t know about you, but I’m all about that.Print
These are UNREAL! I may be a wee bit bias though.
The white chocolate addition (as mentioned in recipe) just happens to be ghirardelli white chocolate and is melted to perfection. A little goes a long way so it definitely sweetens these up without adding a ton of sugar. BLISS!
