Cotter Crunch - Gluten Free Nutrition Specialist

Welcome Ya’ll! I’m Lindsay Cotter. The gluten free nutrition specialist/manager and wife to a former pro athlete and endurance coach (aka the Kiwi Cotter). Even though I have a degree in Nutrition, my true passion is in Sport Nutrition and Gluten Free diets, which is why I am AASDN certified and work under a Sport Dietitian.

As a wife to a former professional athlete and coach, I focus on utilizing REAL FOOD for energy and FEEDING active people! I’m here to FUEL you with EASY and DELICIOUS gluten free recipes. I do my best to share proper nutrition tips and tricks to keep your body and life in balance. Because we all need that, right?

As a nutrition specialist, I like to think of myself as a “sherpa” guide to healthy gluten free eating. I’m here to help you simplify food and ingredients so you can make nutritious gluten free and grain free recipes for yourself or for your family!

We’ve spent the last 8 years figuring out what works and what doesn’t work in regards to fuel, performance, and meal planning! Our focus is on anti-inflammatory and recovery meals, superfood nutrients, and other tasty allergy friendly no bake bites and bars, etc. Personally, I spent years trying to figure out my own health issues. This is why we eat gluten free and why I started my own gluten free snack bite business, Healthy bites! You can read my story and see my recipes and ebooks here!

All this to say, gluten free nutrition has helped us heal then THRIVE!

I want to be able to share with you just that; the part that makes us thrive, the nourishing recipes, the best FUEL for everyday folk, kids, athletes, and all. Whatever it takes to help you FEEL your BEST. My recipes are than just food. They are purposeful FUEL (90% of the time). I do my best to explain HOW and WHY each recipe can support you (and your families) nutritional needs. Whether that be through a homemade gluten free snack , Healthy Swaps, Health Specific Recipes and Education, or just a simple crock pot or instant pot recipe to feed your family!

That’s what sherpa’s are for… to be there, physically and emotionally.
