BOARD ONE
Creamed Scrambled Baked Eggs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter or oil a baking dish or individual ramekins. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs with heavy cream and honey.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased skillet on medium-low heat. Using a wooden spatula or spoon, begin pushing the eggs towards the outer edges of the pan. Once they start to slightly cook (in the middle), stir in cream cheese. Stop cooking eggs when they are about 80% done and slightly runny.
- Transfer the scrambled eggs into a small baking dish or individual ramekins. Place in the oven on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the top of the eggs are golden. Season with a pinch of salt, basil, and pour of heavy cream on top if desired.
- Served baked eggs on wooden board with spoons and forks. Accompanied by gouda cheese, avocado toast with tzatziki sauce, fresh basil, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and fresh coffee.
BOARD TWO
Soft Boiled Eggs
- In a medium-sized soup pot, bring water to a boil and place 6 eggs and 1 teaspoon salt. Boil for 5 1/2 minutes. Remove eggs and place into an ice water bath for 15 minutes before peeling and serving.
- Place soft boiled eggs in a serving dish and arrange on a large board with bowls of fresh fruit, yogurt with honey and granola, figs, candied oranges, Oatmeal bites or gluten free breakfast cookies, cheese and fresh orange juice.
BOARD THREE
- Toast your waffles in a toaster oven, then slice into wedges. Fully cook your sausage links.
- Arrange waffles and sausages on a wooden board with small bowls of honey butter and maple syrup.
- Arrange fresh fruit around the waffles and sausage.
- Serve with Coffee or your favorite type of latte/turmeric tea latte
BOARD FOUR
- Slice peeled hard boiled eggs in half (try using pre-peeled hard boiled eggs).
- Arrange on a wooden board with cream cheese in a small bowl, honey (can mix into the cream cheese or spread on cheddar), apples, nuts, cheese, and crackers.
