- 1 cup diced frozen watermelon chunks
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 10 –12 ounces non dairy milk
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- Optional: pinch sea salt
- Optional Add-Ins – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut milk yogurt, chia seeds, protein powder or collagen, pinch cinnamon and/or sea salt
- Optional: honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Make sure all fruit is frozen or at least chilled. Place the fruit, milk, mint leaves and optional add-ins into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup, if desired. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to two days.
