Description

Gluten Free Rolls/Biscuits are Heavenly. I made a quick fix version that hit the spot!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Flour Mix – I used 1/3 cup each- Millet flour, potato flour, and tapioca flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp cooking Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Herb Mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 24 tbsp melted oil or butter as needed

Instructions

  1. This is where I did the quick fix. Throw everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix well. Roll in to 4 balls. Place on baking sheet and bake for 16-20 minutes at 400F.
  3. This made 4 large biscuits.
  4. Best served with butter!
