Description
Gluten Free Rolls/Biscuits are Heavenly. I made a quick fix version that hit the spot!
Ingredients

- 1 cup Gluten Free Flour Mix – I used 1/3 cup each- Millet flour, potato flour, and tapioca flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp cooking Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Herb Mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2– 4 tbsp melted oil or butter as needed
Instructions
- This is where I did the quick fix. Throw everything in a bowl.
- Mix well. Roll in to 4 balls. Place on baking sheet and bake for 16-20 minutes at 400F.
- This made 4 large biscuits.
- Best served with butter!
