Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 to 4 eggs (use 4 if you are adding less milk)
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup coconut cream or buttermilk
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients together. it will be be very grainy at first. Just keep mixing. Then roll in ball and press into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 350F for about 12-15 minutes. So simple!
