How To Grill Sweet Potato Chips
Grilled Sweet Potato Chips Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, very thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- generous pinch each salt and pepper
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Toss sliced sweet potatoes in coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill until browned with a light char, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
