  • Author: Lindsay Cotter
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 to 6 1x
  • Diet: Gluten Free

Make these boneless glazed pork chops in the oven or air fryer for a sweet and savory dish that’s ready in 30 minutes! Serve it with all your favorite sides!

Units Scale

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure bourbon whiskey
  • 1 Tablespoon orange juice or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Optional pinch nutmeg
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Pork Chops

  • 1.5 to 2 lbs (4 to 6 chops) boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick (see notes)
  • Kosher salt, divided
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter or avocado oil for searing
  • Fresh thyme to garnish, optional

Air Fryer

Ingredient Tip – Pure, distilled bourbon is considered to be gluten-free!

Prep Tips – Transfer the pork chops to an aluminum foil lined pan to broil if you don’t have an oven safe skillet. If the glaze doesn’t thicken after 15 minutes, don’t worry, brush on the pork chops anyways, the sauce will caramelize in the broiler.

Storage Tips – To store in the freezer, double layer each glazed pork chop in waxed paper and store in a ziplock bag or airtight container. Freeze any extra sauce separately to baste the chops when reheating.
