Description

Learn how to make an easy homemade garlic herb aioli recipe to add bold flavor and healthy fats to all your favorite meals!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard or honey mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil (adjust to desired thickness)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh-chopped herbs, such as rosemary, oregano, and/or basil. (see notes)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (4 cloves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt & pepper (or more to taste)

Substitutes – Dried herbs may be substituted for fresh herbs; such as 1 teaspoon dried rosemary and 1 tsp dried oregano.
