DETOX PROTEIN SMOOTHIE PACKS (Serves 2)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup spinach or other leafy greens
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup grapefruit, peeled
- 1/2 – 2/3 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 Tablespoon chia seed
- 3 frozen coconut milk ice cubes (coconut milk frozen)
- 1 scoop Collagen Protein or Peptides
- Optional – 1/2 – 1 cup water to blend
ENERGIZING PROTEIN SMOOTHIE PACKS: (Serves 2)
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 –2 servings protein (collagen peptides)
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter (frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1–2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
- Optional – 1/2 – 1 cup water or almond milk to blend
BEAUTIFY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE PACKS (serves 2)
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 small avocado, peeled
- 1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2–3 frozen coconut milk cubes (from ice tray)
- Lavender Lemon Beauty Collagen Protein (mixed into coconut milk cubes or to add separate)
- Optional – 1/2 – 1 cup water or almond milk to blend

BUILD YOUR OWN SMOOTHIE PACKS
DETOX PROTEIN SMOOTHIE PACKS (Serves 2)
- Pour 1/4 cup coconut drinking milk or almond milk in ice trays or a freezable container.
- Once the milk is frozen, add it along with the remaining ingredients (except the collagen powder) to 2 ziplock bags or 1 large glass jar. Place in freezer until ready to blend.
- When ready to make, place all the ingredients in the bags plus the collagen powder in a blender and blend until incorporated. Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup water to make blending easier, if needed.
For the ENERGIZING PROTEIN PACKS:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, milk and collagen protein peptides. Pour into ice tray then freeze. Also place 2 Tablespoons nut butter of choice in freezer to harden.
- Once the cocoa milk and nut butter is frozen, add it along with the remaining ingredients to 2 ziplock bags or 1 large glass jar. Place in freezer until ready to blend.
- When ready to make, add all ingredients in the bags to a blender and blend until incorporated. Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup water or almond milk to make blending easier, if needed.
For the BEAUTIFY PROTEIN PACKS:
- Place 1/4 cup coconut drinking milk or almond milk in ice trays or a freezable container.
- Once the milk is frozen, add it along with the remaining ingredients (except collagen powder) to 2 ziplock bags or 1 large glass jar. Place in freezer until ready to blend.
- When ready to make, blend all together plus the collagen protein powder in a blender. Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup water or almond milk to make blending easier, if needed.
