This fresh salsa recipe makes the best fruit salsa you’ll ever taste! A spicy-sweet combination of jalapeño, grapes and cucumbers. Perfect with chips for snacking, or use as a topping on grilled meats, poultry, or fish.

- 1 medium pickling cucumber, finely diced
- 1 cup red and green seedless grapes, diced
- 1 small jalapeño, seeds and membrane removed
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon raw honey or agave
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon dried or 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley or basil
- 1 lemon or lime, juiced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Two options: For a smoother restaurant style salsa, use a food processor to combine. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse a few times to combine everything. For a thicker salsa, place all finely diced ingredients into a non-reactive bowl (glass, stainless steel, or ceramic) and mix together with a spoon.
- Chill the salsa in a non-reactive serving bowl and allow it to chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours before serving.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
