Description

A healthy skillet pork chops meal made with fresh orange, molasses, onion, marmalade, and seasoning. Just mix and marinate the pork chops for a sweet and tangy flavor. Naturally gluten free, dairy free, and paleo friendly.


Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1/41/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Pork Chops

  • 1/22/3 cup chopped onion
  • 34 bone-in pork chops
  • Optional Garnish: fresh rosemary, orange slices, balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients. Place pork chops in the bowl with the marinade and combine. Allow pork chops to marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Notes

Substitutes – Boneless pork chops, chicken or fish can be substituted for the bone-in pork chops. Adjust the cooking times as needed.

Storage Tips – Freeze recipe for up to 4 months.
