Dark Chocolate Oven-Baked S’mores are made in the oven with homemade marshmallows and gluten-free graham crackers for an allergy-friendly dessert that can be made all year long! Perfect for parties, bad weather, and more.Â

- 16 homemade gluten-free graham crackers (double batch) or store-bought
- 2 chocolate bars of dark chocolate (vegan-friendly – 1 piece per s’more)
- 8 homemade marshmallows (or vegan store-bought)Â
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler in your oven.
- Place 8 gluten-free graham crackers on a baking sheet followed by 1 square of dark chocolate and topped by a homemade marshmallow.
- Broil at 475 – 500F on the bottom rack for 1-2 minutes until golden and chocolate is melted.
- Remove and place another graham cracker on top before serving.Â
Notes
Vegan marshmallows take longer to melt, closer to 2 minutes under the broiler. So be careful/watchful that the graham crackers don’t burn.

My homemade paleo marshmallows melt quite fast. Add the marshmallows last minute (or so) left of broiling. Regular store-bought marshmallows take 90 seconds to 2 minutes.Â

If you are using thinner homemade graham crackers, be sure to watch the oven as they bake/brown much faster! I recommend using graham crackers at least 1/8th inch thick for oven-baked s’more.Â
