Immunity Boosting Orange Carrot Smoothie


Units Scale
  • 6 to 8 oz coconut milk
  • 1/2 c coconut yogurt or greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 6 oz fresh orange juice
  • 2 large carrots, peeled, chopped (175 grams)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple or mango
  • Ice as needed


  1. Place ingredients in a blender. Blend and serve


Pineapple contains Bromelain, a digestive enzyme that can also help reduce inflammation.
