- 1/2 c coconut yogurt or greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 6 oz fresh orange juice
- 2 large carrots, peeled, chopped (175 grams)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple or mango
- Ice as needed
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a blender. Blend and serve

Pineapple contains Bromelain, a digestive enzyme that can also help reduce inflammation.
