- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 6 ounces fresh celery juice (5-6 large celery stalks) or unsweetened coconut water
- 4 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch kosher salt
- Optional- small handful baby spinach (slightly steam and cool before adding to blender, for better digestion), 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or 2 Tablespoons vegan protein powder, 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Add ice to the blender if, desired, or serve over ice.Â
- Serve and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Add vegan protein powder chia seeds to boost the protein in this smoothie.
