Description

Made with simple, whole food ingredients, these homemade gluten-free panko crumbs are grain-free, dairy-free, and full of healthy fats, fiber, and flavor. Use them to coat chicken, fish, vegetables, and more!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups (160 g) blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Optional – 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional – 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
