- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups (160 g) blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Optional – 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Optional – 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Transfer the breadcrumbs to a sealed container or ziplock bag. Store for up to 1 month (refrigeration not required).
