Description

A refreshing, anti-inflammatory sparkling water infused with cucumber, mint, and lime. Simple, clean, and naturally hydrating.


Ingredients

  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves (torn or lightly crushed)
  • 1/2 lime (squeezed for juice)
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1-2 teaspoons of sweetener (like agave or honey). Optional

Instructions

  1. Slice ¼ of a cucumber into 4-5 thin slices.
  2. Tear or lightly crush 5-6 mint leaves to release the oils.
  3. Squeeze ½ lime to extract fresh lime juice.
  4. Add the cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lime juice into a glass.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of sparkling water.
