INGREDIENTS: + salmon filets + Brussels sprouts + blueberries + fresh basil + olive oil + balsamic vinegar + garlic + salt & pepper + lemons

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon filets on parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

HOW TO MAKE

Place blueberries in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. Mix together.
