Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon filets on parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place blueberries in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. Mix together.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the sheet pan, drizzle and toss with olive oil.
Spoon the balsamic blueberry mixture over salmon filets. Squeeze lemon over top of salmon and veggies.
Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes extra to crisp up Brussels sprouts and caramelize the blueberry topping.
