SPICY SHRIMP CAESAR SALAD

INGREDIENTS: For The Shrimp: - shrimp - chili powder - onion powder -  olive oil - salt & pepper

INGREDIENTS: For the Croutons: - gluten free bread - olive oil - garlic powder - salt

INGREDIENTS: For the Dressing: - garlic - egg yolk - lemon juice - dijon mustard - Worcestershire sauce - olive oil - freshly grated Parmesan - salt and pepper - cayenne pepper

Bake the croutons in a 350 oven for 8-10 minutes. Optional: sprinkle parmesan cheese on top while baking.

Combine all dressing ingredients except Parmesan and olive oil, whisk together. Slowly drizzle in olive oil. Lastly whisk in Parmesan.
