SAVORY ROASTED CHICKPEAS

GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN

INGREDIENTS: 1 (15 oz) cans chickpeas 1-2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp kosher salt Seasonings of choice

Use paper towels to pat the chickpeas completely dry. Line a baking sheet with more paper towels and spread chickpeas on top. Let dry 10-20 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE

Preheat oven to 400°. Remove paper towel from baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, toss to coat evenly.

Roast chickpeas for 25-35 minutes, shaking pan every 10 minutes. Remove from oven, immediately season chickpeas with seasoning of choice.
