INGREDIENTS: - kombucha - honey - raspberries or strawberries - grass-fed gelatin powder

1) Combine the kombucha in a blender with the fruit and honey. Blend until the ingredients are well-combined.

2) Place the blender mixture in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until it starts to simmer (do not let boil). 3) Scatter gelatin mixture over top and whisk continuously.

4) Working quickly, but gently, pour the kombucha and collagen mixture into a lined 9x9 baking pan.

5) Or pour into a gummy bear silicone mold. Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Once the gummies are set and firm, pop them from the molds or remove from the baking dish and cut into 1-inch cubic squares.

Store these gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
