1) Peel and chop the sweet potatoes. Place in bowl with water and microwave for 3 minutes, or until tender. 2) In a skillet, cook the ground meat until cooked through.
3) Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir together. 4) Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
