GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN OPTION

INGREDIENTS: - gluten free rolled oats - dark chocolate chips - shredded coconut - coconut sugar or brown sugar - chopped nuts - cinnamon - creamy nut butter - honey or maple syrup - gluten free oat flour or plant based protein powder

Mix together the oats, chocolate chips, coconut, coconut sugar, nuts, and cinnamon.

HOW TO MAKE

Add the nut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and stir together. If batter is too sticky, add 1-3 tablespoons oat flour or protein powder.

HOW TO MAKE

Place batter in fridge for 20 minutes for easier rolling. Roll batter into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls.

Place on a baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes.  Serve and enjoy!
