INGREDIENTS:- 13-14 oz coconut cream(canned coconut cream, not milk!)- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup or cocoa for chocolate)- 1 teaspoon vanilla
1) Make sure the coconut cream can is chilled for 24 hours.2) Pour the hardened cream into a bowl, discard the water portion.3) Add the sugar and vanilla.
For sweeteners, you may use maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar, or even powdered sugar. Swerve has sugar free powdered sugar if you need this to be low carb/low sugar.
