COCONUT CREAM VEGAN FROSTING

PALEO | GLUTEN-FREE

INGREDIENTS: - 13-14 oz coconut cream (canned coconut cream, not milk!) - 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup or cocoa for chocolate) - 1 teaspoon vanilla

1) Make sure the coconut cream can is chilled for 24 hours. 2) Pour the hardened cream into a bowl, discard the water portion. 3) Add the sugar and vanilla.

HOW TO MAKE

3) Beat until fluffy and smooth. Works best to use a handheld mixer or a stand mixer.

HOW TO MAKE

For chocolate frosting, use cocoa in place of the sweetener.
