INGREDIENTS: - cooked quinoa - sunflower seeds - gluten free rolled oats - flax meal - black olives - red onion - garlic cloves - fresh parsley - smoked paprika - red pepper flakes - tomato paste - salt and pepper to taste

In a food processor bowl, process the cookied quinoa, sunflower seeds, rolled oats, and flax meal.

HOW TO MAKE

Add the black olives, red onion, garlic, and parsley. Pulse until combined.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well blended. Chill batter for 20 minutes. Form into 4-6 even patties.

Gently press patties with back of measuring cup to flatten to 1/2-inch thick patties. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip, bake another 15-20 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE

Alternatively, air fry the quinoa burgers. Heat to 375 degrees. Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
