In a small bowl, mix together drained tuna, hummus and garlic. Spread evenly on top of pasta.
In same bowl, whisk together remaining hummus and olive oil. Set aside. Layer spinach and broccoli on top of tuna layer.
Dollop the hummus/olive oil mixture on top and sprinkle with additional salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
