SUPERFOOD OVERNIGHT OATMEAL

GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN

INGREDIENTS - blueberries (frozen or fresh) - gluten free rolled oats - chia seeds - ground flaxseed - cinnamon  - almond milk or coconut milk - maple syrup for drizzling on top

1) Place 1/4 cup blueberries at the bottom of the cups. 2) Add 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats to each. 3) Next, add 1 tablespoon chia seeds to each, followed by 2 teaspoons flaxseed and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

HOW TO MAKE

3) Drizzle with a touch of maple syrup then stir gently. 4) Place in the fridge for 2 hours to 24 hours.
