SUMMER STRAWBERRY SALAD

GLUTEN-FREE & LOW CARB

INGREDIENTS: For the Salad:  - pecan halves - spinach leaves - strawberries - zucchini - avocado - feta - red onion

INGREDIENTS: For the Dressing: - balsamic vinegar - honey - dijon mustard - garlic  - salt & pepper - cherry juice (optional)

Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and toast/bake for 5 minutes.

TOAST THE PECANS

Whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.

MAKE THE DRESSING

In a large serving bowl add the salad ingredients and toss together. Drizzle dressing over top and toss lightly.

MAKE THE SALAD

Top with the toasted pecans and serve the salad.
