SUMMER BERRY FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS: Blueberries, strawberries, summer fruit (melon, raspberries or kiwi), maple syrup, lime juice, lime zest, salt, mint leaves, optional - poppy seeds, candied nuts

Rinse and dry the strawberries and berries. Place in a large bowl with melon (or other summer fruit) and toss to combine.

In another small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, lime juice, optional lime zest, and a pinch of sea salt.

Pour over fruit and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle the mint on top along with optional add-ins and gently toss again.
