SMOKED SALMON ZUCCHINI NOODLES SALAD

GLUTEN-FREE + DAIRY-FREE

INGREDIENTS: - zucchini  - red onion - cherry tomatoes - lemon juice - salt/pepper to taste - smoked wood salmon - fresh cilantro

INGREDIENTS: - paleo mayo or red pepper hummus - olive oil - minced garlic - paprika - salt/pepper to taste - cayenne - onion powder

CAJUN SAUCE

1) Spiralize the washed zucchini. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess water from noodle strands.

2) Prep/chop the other veggies and mix with the noodles. Add the squeeze of lemon juice, salt & pepper.
