In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Gently pour the egg batter on the prepared sheet pan.
Place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, Remove or gently pull out the oven rack, stir eggs with a spatula then slide back in the oven.
Place the sheet pan back in the oven and bake until the eggs are set to your liking. Remove from the oven and stir again with spatula. Then fluff and season to taste.
