PINEAPPLE WATERMELON SALSA

GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN

INGREDIENTS: + bell pepper + seedless watermelon + fresh pineapple + red onion + jalapeño + fresh cilantro + lime juice + salt & pepper

Prepare the vegetables by chopping/dicing to desired salsa thickness. Place in bowl.

HOW TO MAKE

Mix in the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Mix together. Add salt & pepper to taste.

HOW TO MAKE

Place in fridge and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes. Stays fresh (covered) in fridge for up to 4 days.
