PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOM COOKIES

INGREDIENTS: - gluten-free oat flour - almond flour - cinnamon - baking powder - maple syrup creamy nut butter - sparkling cane sugar - chocolate kisses

1) Place the oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, maple syrup, and nut butter in mixing bowl. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer for 1 minute.

2) Roll the batter into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 10-20 minutes. 3) Spoon the dough with a cookie scoop and shape into 1-inch balls.

4) Roll the balls of cookie dough in sparkling cane sugar, then place on baking sheet about 1-2 inches apart.

5) Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven, then press chocolate kisses into the center of each cookie ball. Then bake for 2-3 minutes.
