Place fish on plate and generously brush sauce on each side of fish. Set aside. In large bowl, toss potatoes, vegetables, and onion in butter/oil , lemon juice, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Spread coated vegetables in large oven-safe pan or baking sheet. Bake for 14 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip vegetables, arrange prepared fish filets in pan and bake for 10-14 minutes or until the fish has reached internal temperature of 135-145°F.
