INGREDIENTS: - skinless chicken thighs - pitted green olives - onion - lemon slices - black pepper - Lemon Sage Sauce/Marinade (next slide)

LEMON SAGE SAUCE - fresh sage - lemon juice - minced garlic - onion powder - olive oil - kosher salt  - crushed black pepper - paprika - dijon mustard

Prepare the Lemon Sage Sauce in blender until creamy and smooth. Add chicken to bag or container and pour sauce over chicken marinate.

HOW TO MAKE

Place chicken in fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Place chicken and sliced onions in skillet. Heat over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes to brown chicken.

Remove from stovetop and place skillet in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until internal chicken temperature reaches 165.
