INGREDIENTS: CRUST -  + Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour + baking powder + xanthan gum + kosher salt + warm water + olive oil for brushing

Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in bowl. Slowly add warm water, stirring as you pour. Dough should be slightly sticky and not dry.

Place dough on floured surface and form into a smooth ball. (Gluten free flour has no gluten protein, so no need to knead the dough much)
