Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in bowl. Slowly add warm water, stirring as you pour. Dough should be slightly sticky and not dry.
Place dough on floured surface and form into a smooth ball. (Gluten free flour has no gluten protein, so no need to knead the dough much)
Roll the dough out into a 10-inch circle, then smooth out the sides.
Place dough on a baking sheet and pat it out to the edges with your hands. Drizzle or brush olive oil on crust then bake for 10 minutes.
