INGREDIENTS: Gluten free all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar (optional), salt, vegan ice cream, mix-ins of choice (sprinkles, etc)

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, sift or whisk together the dry ingredients together.
