INGREDIENTS: Broccoli Casserole Base: - gluten free orzo pasta - olive oil - broccoli florets

INGREDIENTS: For the Cheese Sauce - butter or olive oil - gluten free all-purpose flour - garlic powder - non dairy milk - vegetable broth - nutritional yeast - paprika - salt & pepper

Prepare the orzo per the instructions on the package. Drain and add olive oil and reserved pasta water to orzo.

Steam the broccoli. In a large bowl combine the broccoli, orzo and olive oil.

Make the cheese sauce: melt the butter in saucepan. Whisk in flour, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until roux gets slightly nuttier in color.

Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Then whisk in broth. Heat to a soft boil, reduce heat and whisk for 30 seconds. Add nutritional yeast and paprika.
