INGREDIENTS: - sunflower seeds - shredded coconut - chia seeds - cinnamon - ginger - turmeric - sea salt - coconut milk - butternut squash, cooked - maple syrup

1) Place all dry ingredients in a blende and blend to a flour-like consistency 2) Pour the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the coconut milk. Let absorb the form a gel.

HOW TO MAKE

3) Place the mixture into the blender with the cooked squash. Blend until smooth. 4) Heat the porridge on stove top in a saucepan until bubbly.

TOPPINGS

Seeds are AIP, but if they're not well tolerated, use ground coconut flakes or coconut butter mixed with cinnamon, sea salt, orange zest, and ginger root.
