Sheet Pan Gnocchi Recipe
Spread mixture onto sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place back in oven to melt cheese. Garnish with fresh thyme, if desired.
Serve right from the oven or store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
