Sheet Pan Gnocchi Recipe

INGREDIENTS: Delallo gluten free potato gnocchi, curly kale leaves, uncured bacon, garlic cloves, light olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper, Romano cheese

In a large bowl or ziploc bag, add het gnocchi, kale, bacon and garlic. Drizzle with oil, balsamic, salt & pepper. Shake or toss to evenly coat.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Spread mixture onto sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place back in oven to melt cheese. Garnish with fresh thyme, if desired.
