1) Make the honey ginger sauce by adding all ingredients to a small bowl and whisking until smooth.
2) Place the chicken in a baking dish/bowl/bag and coat with prepared honey ginger sauce. Let marinate in fridge for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
3) Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees. Once preheated, spray basket with cooking spray. Place chicken skin side down in basket.
4) Cook for 12 minutes. Rotate chicken 180 degrees, turn to skin side up, cook additional 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
After rotating and flipping chicken, add your veggie of choice (we love cut asparagus with ours!) and continue to cook for the remaining time in instructions.
