INGREDIENTS: Frozen watermelon, fresh or frozen strawberries, fresh or frozen banana,  non-dairy milk, fresh mint leaves, optional- sea salt, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon 

Make sure all the fruit is frozen or at least chilled.
