GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN

INGREDIENTS: -  plain or vanilla dairy-free yogurt - frozen grapes - almond or coconut milk - ice or frozen banana - vanilla extract - maple syrup (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed until thick and creamy.

HOW TO MAKE

Serve immediately. Pour into tall glasses and serve with a straw.
