Using your hands or spoons, combine all the ingredients together until evenly mixed with hands or a large spoon. Shape the mixture into 4 to 6 equal patties about 1 inch thick.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (400 to 450F), spray with cooking oil spray or grease with refined avocado oil or light olive oil.
Place chicken burgers on the preheated grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, about 8 to12 minutes total or until the internal temperature is 165F.
Remove the burgers from the grill and place on a serving plate to rest for 5 minutes. Toast the buns and assemble the burgers as desired. Serve immediately.
