INGREDIENTS: Cooking spray, salmon fillets (fresh or frozen), salt, pepper Mustard Sauce - mayo (or hummus), Dijon mustard, onion powder, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil, honey

(From fresh in blog post!) Make the creamy mustard sauce by adding all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and pulsing until smooth. Set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the air fryer to 400° F. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil spray and place the frozen salmon (skin side down) in the basket.
