CROCKPOT SHRIMP TACOS

INGREDIENTS: - shrimp - olive oil - garlic - onion - bell pepper - fire-roasted stewed tomatoes - chunky salsa - cumin - chili powder - paprika - cilantro

Place prepared shrimp, olive oil, garlic, onion, and bell pepper in Instant Pot. Add the tomatoes, salsa, and seasonings.

HOW TO MAKE

Mix together. Place Instant Pot on Slow Cooker setting and adjust time for 2-3 hours on low or high for 1 1/2-2 hours. Stir once halfway through.
